Caring for Your Little Ones

For 35 years, I have cared for children in and around Mexico, Missouri, and it is still the work I love most. I keep child care simple and personal, giving each family the attention it deserves. When you welcome me into your home, your child stays in a familiar setting while I provide the structured routines, meals, and supervised play that help young ones feel secure and grow every day.

My day care center is built around real development, not just supervision. I offer gentle infant care with feeding, diaper changes, naps, and plenty of age-appropriate interaction, and I guide little ones through toddler care with supervised play, social growth, and early learning. As children get older, I focus on early childhood education that encourages cognitive, social, emotional, and language development through activities matched to each child. My preschool program helps prepare children for kindergarten with guided reading, storytelling, and hands-on lessons that build literacy and fine motor skills.

When school is in session, I welcome school-age children in the afternoons with homework support, recreational activities, and supervision until pickup. In the warmer months, my summer camp keeps children active and engaged with learning and play from morning through the end of the day. Because families have different needs, I keep flexible options open, so whether you need full days to accommodate a work schedule or only a few selected hours, I can build a routine that fits your needs.

Being locally owned and offering accredited child care programs means I answer directly to the parents I serve, and I take that trust seriously. Children stay continuously monitored in a safe, caring environment where questions are always welcome, and communication stays open.
