Acceptance of Terms. By using https://openarmshomechildcare.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Open Arms Home Childcare markets and arranges Infant Care, Toddler Care, Summer Camp, Early Childhood Education, Preschool Program. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Open Arms Home Childcare or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Open Arms Home Childcare makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Open Arms Home Childcare's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Open Arms Home Childcare harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MO.
